Problem Statement: Users who have hearing problems or who cannot get connected would have trouble ordering food
Product Goal: Create a mobile app to help with orders for a local pizzeria in Sterling, Il.

Due to time and access limitations, this project did not include live end users. This constraint reflects a real-world scenario in which designers need to make informed decisions without direct user access.
User Research
The users for this app would be primarily located in Sterling and Rock Falls. The primary use for the delivery app would be students from the nearby high school planning their lunch, busy parents who need to run errands and pick up dinner, elderly individuals who have difficulty understanding people over the phone, and people from out of town staying at hotels.
